Every Kiuas is made to order in the Netherlands and shipped from there. Here’s what to expect.

Processing time

Because each Kiuas is printed and finished by hand, orders take a few days to prepare before they ship. We’ll email you a tracking link the moment yours is on its way.

Shipping & delivery

We ship across the EU. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. Any customs or import duties for destinations outside the EU are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while, or your parcel seems lost, get in touch and we’ll help track it down.
